Rainy Day Resolutions

This year I have made it a mission to get outside more. So often these days it’s far too easy to just plop down on the couch with some snacks, snuggle up in bed for a Netflix marathon or go online for hours at a time without realizing it. I am especially guilty of these lazy day routines on the weekends and I want to change it up in 2017. Since I live in California, there really is no excuse for not enjoying the outdoors more often.

With all the rain we have been getting lately (which I’m loving,) I jumped at the chance to bring out my bubble umbrella from Kate Spade! This umbrella is very durable, goes with any outfit & the “Rain Check” thought bubble is freaking adorable. I’m hoping it will get me out walking around my neighborhood more.

Goodnight Macaroon is an online retailer that has been all over the bloggers of Instagram. Their “Gabriella” sweater pictured above is my personal favorite sweater on their site. The laced details on the neckline & sleeves are super on trend. I always get complimented when I wear it. They have several color options available & I purchased it in the olive green too.

Including a fun hat or hair accessory is a lovely way to add interest to your outfit. I ordered my beanie from Forever 21 a while ago but I found the cutest Etsy shop that makes a bunch of gorgeous veiled beanies and the quality looks fantastic!
